So..I had a water tank installed which I was told was given by the government so it was a total cost of $150 max! I had been told to get the smaller tank as we are a household of 2 people and a small tank will shower up to 5. Then my mother called the technician to advise him to which he recommended the bigger tank of 270L again for a household of 2 people. Firstly the bigger the tank the more it costs. I was charged $880 for installation which I thought and researched with other plumbers is a RIP OFF! I paid the $880 and then to my surprise received an invoice that said I paid $550 which should’ve been the original price including the system and installation. Nobody likes being ripped off. The guys came and installed the system and were very professional and on time. However the complaint is about the owner and I hate being ripped off by my own kind. I then questioned the invoice and ask that it be rectified to show the amount I paid and to my surprise he just adjusted the amount on the items and put them higher. That’s being shifty. And people like you should be called out because you’re not an honest businessman. I would never recommend you to anyone unless people like to be scammed cos that’s what it feels like. Then you left all the rubbish here but took the tank. How is that even logical? Where do you want me to throw boxes and foam and panels? When you bring out a technician in any sort the professional practice is they clean up the mess and take their rubbish with them. For the amount you charged me that was the least you could do!!
