Engaged Karthik only a day prior to Departure to Chennai, after 13CABS were not confirming driver details. He understood the anxiety of travelling with 2 young kids with plenty of luggages and was re-assuring. Came on time with baby seats. Reached on time (after record rains). Will possibly avail services for return leg as well.

Highly recommend.Karthik was amazing in coordinating, communicating and timely helped with all the requests placed during booking. Highly professional, cost effective and friendly. Had a 2 year old with me and was stressing on the airport transfer and pickup; Karthik helped take away all the pressure and was a very smooth experience.

Karthik is a very professional driver. Booked his cab for pick up and drop to the airport. Always on time and also gets a child seat if needed. Reasonably priced as well. Highly recommend his services. The vehicle is very clean as well.

Excellent service. Good communication, On time pick up and drop off. We do thank K T and T for helping us with the luggages. The vehicle were found to be very clean. Provision of drinking water a good thinking. Go for it without any doubt.

I recently booked Karthik for an airport drop off. But one of his friend came to pick me up. He refused to turn on the A/C on a hot day, drove well below the speed limit and hence reached the destination later than expected, he also charged me more than the what was agreed with Karthik. Not very happy, will not use his services again.

Highly recommended. Took airport drop and pickup service in September 2022. On time, clean and well organized especially with child booster seats. Accepting NSW vouchers was add-on.
