We have been impressed with our experience with this builder and our new home in Marysville. They have been friendly, helpful and flexible at all stages. There was a slight delay and a very small cost overrun, but overall we got what we wanted, pretty much on time and on budget. They have even been helpful with contacts , advice and even on-site help, after the house has been handed over. I would recommend that anyone building a house in rural Victoria, consider talking to this company.

Must say we were a bit apprehensive after a horror build a few years ago with a different company but:We have been in our new home for a couple of weeks now, thank you Swenrick Constructions, couldn't be happier. We built a few years ago and thought it was going to be a lovely home. But we were disappointed. Every winter we freeze because of the ill fitted doors with big gaps and in summer we cook. We can’t put solar panels on because the orientation is apparently 40deg out from what we asked for! And our septic system keeps failing but I never got responses to my calls and messages. I’m waiting to win lotto so I can start again.
