Do not think about using the public bathroom.Absolutely disgusting. Feaces splattered all over the toilet and the walls. Right next to the baby change table too. I’d say maybe I had just walked in following an unwell customer but I watched an employee exit the restroom right before I walked in like nothing was up. The mess was also not the work of one person. I walked right out. But noticed there was no soap in the dispenser. Nothing to dry hands with. Hand sanitisers in store were empty. Filthy is not a strong enough word. COVID would be the least of your worries in this store.

tried using the self checkout machine, couldnt scan my food. also they didnt get the full volume of the food packaging (i could get the full volume at another store and it would be cheaper)at least they have a toilet though.

Washroom always out of order my pregnant wife full the fuel tank and hence couldn’t use toilet second time

Luv the new food range at this service station but need to train staff better in food preparation + swifter service.

This is one of my favourite BP’s in Sydney. I was served by Redoy, who went above and beyond in explaining the reason behind the fuel prices. He was also very friendly in providing good customer service and always serving with a smile.

Yesterday, BP Rozelle was approx. 40 cents per liter more expensive than Shell and the other garage on Victoria Rd for 98 octane fuel.When I wrote to BP head office their ‘customer representative’ sent a standardized email explaining the macro economics of the fuel business in Australia and defending BP.It was a $150 fuel bill, not world war 3.Shows how pathetic big corporate can be. BP Rozelle - your pricing was gouging!

Over priced with bad service, will never be going back,50c per litre more than any other petrol station around them. Edit to say this BP is consistently around 50c more expensive that ALL SURROUNDING PETROL STATIONS!

Awesome Petrol station,staff are super friendly, always look forward getting a coffee here.

Burnt coffee wanted a cap the women serving was to busy taking and I have a burns on my fingers ,and no suger .I get late shifts mine Im late.I have a burnt tongue and to be honest not ok I through it in the bin I can again today as the lady tester's made a great coffee. also they were ignorant by stopping stating not looking at the customer and in there own language my tongue is so burnt after asking for it not to be boiling. Not cool.

It's a pretty random BP with a high turn over in staff. Sometimes you're allowed to have a bag but they charge you for it, other times they will tell you they don't use bags. The coffee is pretty bad and the food looks stale in the cafe part. It's really just a quick stop through petrol station, despite being a larger BP with the cafe.
