OTR Fulham

Hopeless. Would give zero stars if possible. Have been going there for years as I live close nearby but for the last six months or so the service etc has been terrible. Correct me if I am wrong but there seems to have been a change of management and it is for the worse. I smoke a common brand of cigarette but for the last five times they have been out of stock. The staff couldn't even be bothered check to see if they have any available in reserve where they keep them under the counter as has been done in the past. They do have a smokemart sign out the front so I do expect them to have stock. Most of the staff are rude and impolite. One guy having a private conversation with his friend on his mobile phone, making jokes, laughing etc, didn't address me whatsoever while serving. Another staff member wearing earbuds was listening to music so loud I could hear it and once again didn't address me whatsoever while serving. The customer before me told him that he was rude as she was treated the same way I was but he just laughed at her. Lately half of the old out dated fuel pumps have constantly been out of order and the inside seems dirty and unhygienic. Go down the road to either Seaton or Airport OTR Tapleys Hill Road.. New, clean, tidy, good friendly helpful staff and plenty of everything.

The service bloke was pleasant enough however I’m done with OTR and the greed. I preordered coffees, wasn’t able to add to $2 donuts through the app. Paid $100+ for fuel and $15 for coffees but nope! You’re not getting the donuts for $2 because you have to order it at the same time.It’s pathetic.This isn’t about donuts, this is about greed and I’m done.

Fourth time in a row had a bad experience with them. What is the point of taking online orders if the customer still have to wait for 35 mins to get one of the easiest sub ready. Even after all this wait the order was completely messed up for what i had order and when asked was told that the order receipt was not printing. Couldn’t argue anymore because was late to work already.Ignored it for the first few times but can’t really compromise on the nearest servo to my house.

Unprofessional service rude guy working on Sunday morning timing 1:25 am 8/11/2020.He was wearing a turban he is so rude and worse customer service I have ever seen.....I went to refill petrol and bought coffee in the store.This young man don’t know he was very frustrated and rude towards customer.I ask him for his name he refused. As he wasn’t wearing his badge I couldn’t know his name. That is very disappointing service.Never ever l will come to this fuel station again.

Went to this OTR early morning & the guy wearing a turban that served us was so so rude it has made me consider ever going back. Turned his back wen speaking to us, didn't ask if we wanted separate bags for our food even tho there was 2 of us there, no thank you, no smile & seemed like he didn't give a toss...

Rude customer service and if u r a immigrant dont go there you will get different treatment and dont ask for coffee there because u will get different kid of coffee as well which u dont expect

Very poorly customer service, lack of hygiene and slamming lids on products at the subway part. My nephew ordered a sausage roll and it was half frozen. If you don't have good service don't apply for these sort of jobs.

Went there two and three time for getting a subway earlier in the morning near 5:00 o’clock but I alway have wait there 15 to 20 min every time although I’m the only customer at the store. last time came back empty hand after wait there 10 time. worst costumer service ever had.

rude behaviour by staff 13 may 8 am

Ordered coffee in the app and waited fifteen minutes for them to be made. Only one guy serving and he left the coffee machine to serve every single person that walked in. The coffee came in a huge cup and a small straw which was unreachable.
