We were connected to Pallative Care services and Nurse Suzie was amazing. She took care of everything and made us feel like we were the most important people she was assisting in her very busy week traveling to people's homes. Suzie would check-in with us to make sure we had all of our questions answered so we felt prepared. She was kind and gentle. We will forever be grateful for these services.

My 92 year old mother was released from a Uniting Church hospital on Thursday 16th December to my care at home, only on the condition that Blue Care would come to shower her 3 times a week. Information was sent to them from Erin at the Wesley hospital on the 16th and she assured us they would be in touch on Monday 20th. I know this because I called when they didn't arrive and was told they had that information.Since then I've rung at least 4 times and the last time they said the 27th. Again no show! Today I get a call asking me why I called! They then said they would send someone on Friday. That's 3 full weeks without a shower. I am 67 as is my husband and we care for Mum. As I've had cancer this year and my husband has leukaemia and both have bad backs, this is all the help we've asked for! Surely that's not to much. I have told them to go yo someone who needs them as we don't want them They are the most uncaring Care organisation that I've ever dealt with.
