I have been taking my kids to Krav Maga Hervey Bay for a while now and I love the confidence & self defense skills they are learning and have gained. With these skills that they now have I am happy to say that they will stay with them throughout life. I also love the fact that Instructor Adele and Instructor Graham sit them down just before the school holidays and program the dangers of stranger danger. Thank you guys my girls love going to your classes

I have been training with Michael and Adele at KMG Fraser Coast now for nearly a year and I cannot recommend it highly enough. The confidence that you gain from learning the most effective self defence against common attacks is amazing. They train hard but also have fun whilst teaching you everything you need to know.
