The manage from the Vicky point store was so good when he was covering someone else’s shift at the carindale store we actually waited to get a machine at the Vicky point store when he was back there. Extremely knowledgeable very friendly all round top bloke and costumer service staff. Will be solely comeing back to this store because of him.

Top top Service. Shannyn was amazing. She blew me away with her desire to make sure I went home with a functioning vacuum cleaner or at a minimum a solution to my issues (I came in with 2 non functioning vacums). Throughout our 30min interaction, Shannyn maintained a very friendly persona and was very happy to answer all my questions. She also gave me some great maintenance tips. A very very customer.

Kevin looked after me with outstanding service. I had a faulty robot vacuum slightly out of warranty but he acknowledged that the brand I had bought had had consistent issues so offered me a partial credit towards a better brand. Very knowledgeable and professional. I’ll definitely be going back for any other vacuum needs!

Very happy with the customer service here. Shannyn thoroughly looked for the issues with my vacume cleaner, on the spot, and gave me the options and costs to repair. A++ experience customer service I received. Shannyn the sale lady was very knowledgeable. Had answers to all my questions. She was able to point me in the right direction to find the right vacuum / cleaning products suitable for my needs as I have just started my own cleaning business. What I am most impressed with is Shannyn even offered to carry my vacuum out to the car. She is a great asset to Godfrey’s. Godfrey’s Victoria point has a great range of cleaning products and machines to choose from. Made my choices very easy. You definitely have a customer for life and will suggesting Godfrey’s Victoria point to all my family and friends.
