Had the most horrible experience here. I don’t know how some people are so rude, it must be such a sad life you live to have so little care for other people. I will never shop here and will tell everyone I know to go elsewhere. After reading the other reviews, I feel even angrier and so sad for the other people that have had a bad experience here.

Really upsetting to see when businesses say they are open until 5 but aren’t actually. How can you at 4:58pm refuse to let someone simply drop a box of ceramics off for firing? I really struggle to understand when people act this way. It’s one thing from a business perspective to refuse service before your actual close time, and it’s another thing to be so unsympathetic that someone has rushed from work to get to you, and even phoned in advance to say they will come just before you close, for you refuse to serve them when they are in fact still there during business hours. After all the things that I do at my job and in life to help others, it really makes me forget that there are people that can act this way. Very upsetting that I wasted 1.5hours of my night in traffic because someone was too selfish to give me a minute of their time

Totally unimpressed with the service here! Made a phone call to try and get what appears to be molds that are no longer available and got basically hung up on! I was willing to look at other alternatives but got brushed (sic) off!

Lots of glazes and under glazes. Knowledgeable staff. Lots of equipment as well and if you can't be bothered making plates and pots etc and just want to glaze they have heaps of bisque fired stuff ready to glaze.

The Pug mill has everything you could ever need from I formation for a budding potter to the finest ingredients for an expert glaze maker. I bought my first kiln from them and they have been invaluable in helping me get my business started. I don't believe there is any question they can't answer about pottery or ceramics.

Good shop with a great range of different ceramic tools, glazes and clays. Staff are very helpful for explaining things to newer potters!
