Prospective vendors be warned. Don't believe much of what you read in the company's fancy promotional material, because this pretentious former hairdresser and her sidekick don't walk the talk. And I'm now considering taking Legal action against them, after they refused to follow my written instructions during the recent sale of my late mother's house. Avoid.
