Boranup Forest Viewpoint
Perfect place to stop and check out this peaceful Forrest. They have a deck you can walk onto. The road is busy so be careful crossing the street. Beautiful trees, ferns, birds to see. Parking is on one side of the road and can be difficult when large busses pull in. Maybe sure to drive slow when approaching or you will miss the parking area.

Avoid Bussell Hwy, get into Caves Rd while moving from Margaret River to Augusta.Just drive and you will be surprised all of a sudden when you will encounter giants.Highly recommend to go on a sunny day would be the best experience.

Wow, absolutely amazing. My partner and I stayed here for 3 nights. The trees are so tall and have such a calming effect. The weather was nice too. Lots of horseflies, but it's still worth it.And there are lots of beetles that are weirdly interesting to watch along with the birds if you can spot them.The ranger was super friendly and welcomingWe will definitely be back soon

Awesome location.Fun to explore.Be careful when crossing the road.The serenity here is just amazing once there isn't any car passing thru.Walked around for couple of minutes before heading off but really enjoyed the stop here

As summer ends the sun is edging North and the sun dip into the ocean may soon be covered by tree foliage.The views however are quite stunning with farming, native bush and ocean horizon melding together.There's an incredibly well maintained drop toilet and shaded picnic table.As the sun drops the temperature does too.

Unfortunately a really serious fire has gone through here. Trees were burned and apparently they can fall or drop limbs at any second so take care.We pulled over and had a look at the damage. It's very sad to see but we hope this beautiful place flourishes again before too long.Much love to those who lost during this time and the locals who would be devastated by this fire. Plus thinking of all the lost flora and fauna too.

I started by hiking up the hill (wrong way), but I got a semi view over the treeline. The correct path is the slight downhill from the car park" (dirt lot)
