Really cheap compared to other places and found practically all what was needed for my sons first birthday.Also the guy behind the counter was so nice.Very pleased definitely will shop here in future events

I called a few weeks ago to hire a helium cylinder. Easy, it was on my way home from shopping the morning of the party so it made sense to hire through Party Mart. Or so i thought.The lady at the counter told me the cylinder was full- 300psi. I should get 60 balloons rather than 50. Great i thought.I've hired from here before and know how to inflate balloons. So after inflating 30 balloons and the cylinder running out (not overly large balloons) i thought i could send someone to get another cylinder free of charge. On the phone to the same lady who served me- she said there were no spare cylinders, couldn't help me and was argumentative. I sent someone to another party shop- in Bexley to collect a cylinder for half the price ($25 not $50 from Belmore) and with no notice they provided a great cylinder which was heavy to hold and had a great nozzle.So the next day, i return the cylinder to Belmore and complain that the cylinder must not have been full. I was told I should have looked at the gauge when collecting the cylinder and that the shop has 10 spare but none available at the time i needed it. I said for good customer service it would be nice to know a cylinder is available should it be needed urgently. The man looked at the nozzle i returned and identified a tear in the underside of the nozzle. Charged me $25 of my deposit. I can't prove it wasn't me, because i didn't check the underside of the nozzle but i did treat the cylinder with care and can't figure out how it got damaged. I told the argumentative man, who served another customer whilst i was still speaking to him, that i wouldn't be back. Overall, a stressful and expensive experience costing me $50. Next party, ill make the trip to the Bexley party shop

Excellent customer service and expertise in their field.I called tonight and asked if I could get some balloons done up on the spot, and the lady was very welcoming and inviting to drop in.When I got there, I was shown a variety of balloons that would cater to my occasion and budget. I was actually surprised at how much goes into making balloons!Thank you for your help, you have a lovely shop!

Amazing service and all workers were so kind. Purchased some stuff for a party and the prices were perfect and the items purchased were good quality. Highly recommend and would definitely go again!

Service wonderful - thank you. The supplies are great and they have easy parking. I found it difficult to get in touch with them over the phone hence 4/5 otherwise can't fault them.

We came there for last minute balloons and got the helium balloons for such a good price! owner even went the extra mile to tie the strings matching colours with the balloons!! Balloons were huuuge
