Ezi Roll Doors

I believe Ezi roll doors have fallen off their game in the last year or so.I’m replacing eight old industrial roller shutters with new.Four off the eight have been done.The first three were were measured, quoted, manufactured and installed at a high level of professionalism.The price competitive, the quantity good,The install fast, on time and very professional.When a small problem arose it was dealt with promptly. At this point I would have rated this company 10/10The last door is a very different story,Just getting someone to measure up and make it happen through to the final install was unacceptable.It was over a year from when I was ready to when the door went in.The price was excessive, the lead time, not good, the install done by a younger less experienced fitter working over three meters high by himself, without all the materials required to do the job( no reflection on the diligent worker)The door tracks were one meter short and welded on site to correct length.All round a very disappointing job.I won’t be recommending Ezi roll in the future and they won’t be doing the last four doors.Regards unhappy customer
