Best property managers in Coolum Beach! Coolum Beach Real Estate has gone above and beyond as property managers for us and continue to do so. After extremely disappointing service from another business, Cathy and her team took on a massive workload in getting our rental property rented so quickly, cleaned and maintenance tended to. Cathy did this so efficiently and professionally, all while keeping us informed along the way and we are so relieved to have found property managers that we can trust. Their experience and level of expertise has shown in every interaction we've had with them to date. Professional, kind, hard working and efficient. I would highly recommend them and their excellent service.

This was our first stay at the Coolum Beach Retreat and we really enjoyed it. The apartment was clean and well appointed with everything we needed for a10 day stay. The view was outstanding. The staff, from cleaners to reception were friendly and really helpful. The only thing I would suggest is if you have mobility problems of any sort ask about the showerat check in. Ours was over the bath/spa which was difficult for me. When I asked they were only to willing to help and provided me with a step.
