Have hired bikes from here a few times, Goat Farm mountain bike on RideOnE Specilaized Turbo Levo E bike is more fun than I can describe here. Save your dosh and hire a top spec e-bike rather than buying one.

The highly unprofessional disgusting name calling emails sent to me were not called for when the deposit should have been refunded straight away not the next day. Terrible customer service and a bad way to end. Not the way to run a business and I wouldn’t hire from here again.As an experienced rider there was no set up of the bike to fit me and my weight e.g. adjustment of the front forks and rear shocks, seat post height or Tyre pressures.So if you do hire from here you need to set up the bike yourself or take it to a bike shop where someone who knows what they are doing can set the bike up for you.The rear Tyre needed replacing but it was a dry day so that wasn't too bad but this stuff needs to be addressed as it’s important when riding and could cause issues.I returned the bike back before 5pm but they didn't give me my deposit back till the next day an as I had paid with an overseas credit card there was a change in the currency rate over night so I lost money.They did pay me back the difference in the currency rate change which was good of themI really enjoyed my ride on the SPECIALIZED TURBO LEVO EXPERT CARBON E-BIKE.

Great range of ebikes for hire! They had options to suit me and my friends. Very helpful and easy to book. Will use again for bike hire in Perth.
