must be the odd one out in these reviews, brown leather shoes to have new soles put on, ended up with grey soles, every excuse as to why ,lasted one year and had to be glued on again three months ago took new watch twelve months old, mind you had not been worn but battery was flat. tried to fit new battery while waiting, peeled back off, the main winder arm broke off, leave and will source new winder. three months no luck once again every excuse, not happy, told to try some one else, mmm. well iam consumer protection. dont let this bloke anywhere near your watch

I can’t recommend enough, I went here to get a long zipper replaced in an expensive pair of new rock boots, I asked how long expecting a week or so, and I was told in the afternoon … that day, and sure enough, early afternoon the job was finished, to an amazing standard :)

Had a pair of boots glued. Very reasonably priced (came in less than he quoted). I then got a Chelsea boot repaired (elastic on side replaced). Did a great job. Replaced with RM William's elastic. Looks great. Very happy with it. Is polite and friendly. Happy to do business there again.

Joe is a master of his craft. I went to him with badly split soles on my favourite and treasured boots and now that he has repaired them, they feel and look great - like nothing ever happened. He also dyed a pair of brown boots black and gave me strict care instructions to ensure the colour cured and wore well. I appreciated his advice and care beyond the service he provided. I can highly recommend trusting repairs to Joe.Thank you Joe.

Joe is a life saver! I cannot recommend him enough. I rang him when one of the zips on my green Doc martens had broken and I was performing the very next day in them shoes.At first he told me he couldn't do it as he had hurt his leg and was doing physio later that day and tried recommending other people but when the realisation came on that most shoe repairs take at least a week, he decided he would go out of his way to help me.He fixed the zipper on my shoe in 15 minutes, decided to fix up my the green on my shoes with some leather paint AND was reasonably priced.A GEM!!!!!
