Just had 2 guys come to our place in Wollongbar, didn’t catch their names but very professional and responsive. Came in to fix a sliding screen door, and instead of replacing the whole thing, they suggested to just replace 1 “stile”. So overall I think they did the best thing possible, and while they were at it they managed to fix an old glass sliding door locking mechanism that wasn’t quite working properly. They were presented with an unexpected challenge and they overcame that challenge, all the while they stayed grounded and worked together to fix the problem. Got in, got it done and got out. Professional. Value. In my experience they we’re looking out for us. By just doing what was needed and nothing overkill and costly. Very happy. Well down guys!

Super helpful and accommodating! Had my window screens replaced in hours!

Weeks ago we booked in to have a measure and quote for aluminium screens to be installed on all of our windows and doors in a four bedroom two storey home.They came and measured the lower storey, saying they would come when they had better weather to complete the measurements upstairs.After not hearing from them for weeks I called three days ago to follow up and book in to complete the measurements and they couldn’t find the original paperwork from the first visit. They said they would have a look and call me back but after not hearing from them I called back today to be told they are too busy and won’t have time to do the job.It would have been nice to be told that on my original inquiry instead of having my time wasted, waiting patiently trying to support a local business.

We happy with this company, they came out within a couple of hours of calling up to repair a broken window and very well priced, highly recommend.
