I have had 3 pools built over the past few years with other companies and none of them even come close to the service and finish I received from Lazy Day. Kevin and Jo were fantastic at keeping me informed and progressing through each stage without a hitch and the finished product is the best pool ever!! We got exactly what we wanted and it looks fantastic, we could not have asked for more. They are an honest family business who take pride in their work and their tradesmen are all fantastic and courteous too. Supplied a pool interior product from a different company that doesn’t make the colour we requested. Poor finish with uneven surface.Pool interior was not finished properly. 47 individual delamination spots.Took the pool company over 12 months to attend to inspect.Wiped their hands of us and said lodge a complaint with QBCC knowing that we were outside 12months from pool completion to lodge a complaint.O’Sullivans pool interiors were contracted by Lazy Day Pools.Both contractors lied and didn’t want to acknowledge.Never again would I use these companies.
