Went in today and the man who served me was wonderful. Friendly staff and atmosphere, didn't push themselves on us just let me happily browse. But the second I looked his way he was straight there with a smile and warm greeting.Highly recommend here as the service was excellent.

Friendly staff, and a place you need to visit frequently as the stock is ever changing. The name can be misleading as a majority of the items they sell are brand new and of good quality.They mainly cater to camping/hiking etc but there are also some surprise items, which I did not expect they would have.Recommend for a visit at least and consider purchasing something there if you find what you want.

Came into the store with my wife about an hour ago to buy a new Engel fridge and a fire pit. Lady that 'worked' in the store was busy having a private conversation about her son that was in university to another lady. We wondered around the store looking while waiting for the shop keeper. 10 minutes later the shop keeper was still having her private conversation. As we were walking out the door, the shop keeper said bye while continuing here conversation. We went straight to BCF who couldn't be more helpful, and offered us help as soon as we walked through the door. You can guess where we spent our money! Yes BCF.

Staff knew their stuff, very friendly. Spoke honestly about the pros and cons of a tent even though it meant I didn’t purchase anything.
