Austral Motors Prestige

Bought a Range Rover Sport, its a complete lemon, must have been in a crash prior but was told when purchasing that it specifically wasnt. Surely a car that has done 100,000km couldn't have this many problems. Had too many issues to list here, both electrical and mechanical. Suppose to be a prestige car yard but should have known it was going to be dodgy by the terrible sales people at the start. Now I'm stuck with a blown up car that cost me many many thousands of dollars. Do they care? Only responses I get from there are a defensive and 'not my problem' attitude. Been trying to call for hours to get the car towed... no one answers any of their phones

Bunch of jokers ... made an appointment 3 days ago to test drive a BMW. When I arrived the receptionist was rude and totally disinterested. Then I waited for a salesman who came over and said I'm with other people you'll have to wait" ... I said no thanks and left. He just waved me off. He couldn't care less. Then when I try to follow up with 'Prisilla' (who took my appointment and call initially) - no response

I have bought two new cars from this dealership but after my experience trying to buy a used car from them I will never deal with them again. I made an appointment to view a car and this appointment was confirmed - twice. When we arrived to see the car we were invited to wait while another potential buyer looked at it, took it for a drive and got a valuation. NO! I learnt a good lesson. There are plenty of cars out there and there are better people to deal with.
