Coles Sylvania

My local supermarket always good specials and staff helpful.

I am completely Unimpressed at the Sheer Rudeness and Smugg Attitude my parents experienced tonight at Sylvania Coles. My parents finished there shopping around 7.40 pm 21st September 2022 and kindly asked a worker on the self service checkouts if a register was available for them to put there shopping through other than self service as they are in there late 60s and find it a little hard to pack there groceries only to be told in a Rude Tone and Manner it was self service or nothing...They were told at 7.40pm that it was too late to open a register for them even though Coles Sylvania is open too 11pm everyday and there were many workers walking around the store with not much to do...Please tell me what are these Customer Service people being paid for ?? ' as it's clearly not for there kindness and helpfulness in a customer service roll.Shame on you for your disgusting manner in which you treat your paying customers ..

Service is good however they always have boxes in aisles packing stuff right in middle of busy periods. Definitely a safety issue.

I was impressed by young staff member Jason, was stationed at self serve registers was very polite, knoticed that I am struggling with my shopping and offered me to purchase paper or plastic bag.He didnt seem to pay attention to his surroundings but he knew what he was doing.Well done Coles night staffFaith - night supervisor and Jason - superstar of the store

Bakery is slow in preparing the flat bread but otherwise they have nice pastries. And the coles has nice fresh veggies and fruits.I love shopping here. 5 stars on the days there is flat bread. Loose a star coz bakery fails the store.

Self service only, I had to scan $350 worth of shopping and pack myself (with 2 year old in trolley very unsafe). Low or NO stock. Wont be back.

I just visit there it’s amazing store.My favourite is coffee station. Cappuccino with full cream milk is great. I can pay by card at spot.

This coles is definitely due for a reno.I really like the staff, they’re quite attentive. There’s one that works late evenings at the self check out. She is sooooo nice. Please don’t let her go :)

Very disappointing, didn't have items that needed to be purchased, will not be returning. Also only 2 cashier's on, there was a back up as people had full trolleys, badly handled.
