Extremely rude young girl, allowed custermers to cut infront of me because “I was taking a phone call” she was very condescending and tried to make me feel bad. After I left she stated to complain to her coworkers even though I was in ears reach.DO NOT COME HERE

They have a good selection of greeting cards. Usual newsagent pricing, so you can def get cheaper cards, but it won’t be the same quality.Ask for their rewards card. Also, they have a store at each end of Airport West which is handy. Friendly staff.The only newsagent in Airport West.

I ask for a mini quick pick for Powerball and the fellow behind the counter was suggesting me to upgrade to $14 something. I felt offended as if I don't know that I can upgrade to even $ 10000. Why are these guys so greedy just for their commission they are inducing me to shell out more than I want to. I didn't buy, I simply took my players card back and walked away.

This place was once a newsagent that has converted to cards and stationary. They also sell tattslotto tickets and scratchies. I used to shop at this place a fair bit when they sold magazines, I used to read a lotto magazines but I don't anymore. The internet seemed to kill the magazine. It's the only item that hasn't transferred well. Books, Movies, Music, awesome, but who subscribes to magazines anymore. How fast the world changes.

Helpful staff, good variety of stationary, magazines and gifts. Has tattslotto stand too.

Went in looking to get $40 of scratchies for a Christmas KK gift and they recommended one of their scratchie Christmas trees for $40 which also included a box of chocolates. Imagine my horror when I got home and actually noticed that the tree only contained $20 worth of scratchies! Serves me right for not checking in the mad rush but seriously. What a blatant rip off. Very disappointed.

Not helpful at all. They take surprisingly only cash when buying a myky card.

Operating hours are inaccurate. The Lucking Charm does not open till 9pm on Fridays. In fact it is a store which sets its own hours and not in accordance with the opening hours of other stores in the centre. Please update!

Asked to get my myki topped up when the shop assistant threw my card back at me and demanded $20 or more. Extremely rude. Terrible service

Decided to pop in to the Lucky Charm near Woolworths. I wanted to grab a Powerball ticket as I was feeling lucky. As I only occasionally buy a lotto ticket I asked for the pricing please. I'm guessing he was the manager, showed me only 3 options all were 25+ games ( expensive ones) I asked for a cheaper one and was only offered the 18 game one for just over $20. He was dismissive, rude and arrogant and was totally not interested in offering me anything lower. I was so disgusted I walked out with no ticket. I would not dare give my hard earned money to someone who clearly doesn't deserve it. LEARN SOME CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. As I read other reviews I am clearly not the only one offended. Maybe you should read these reviews and take on some feedback.
