Helen and her team of property managers are amazing. Professional, kind, firm, fair and pay great attention to detail. My property manager is Kobi, she fits all of the above. I've also been highly impressed by the contractors that have been chosen by Century 21. As a tenant I've felt really looked after. If you're a landlord, they've got your back too. Look no further!

She is professional, responsive and always took the time to explain to us our rights when our home was in the process of being sold.Thanks also goes to Tara, who went above and beyond to ensure that we would have a property to move into in Echuca once our house was sold, should we have remained in the area.

I have never experienced such poor quality property management as Century 21 Echuca. It would appear that the management of the property is left up to the Office Manager rather than a professional property manager. Tenants are not managed properly with my property being left in a dreadful state upon their exit. Would avoid this Real Estate agent as they are not professional nor competent.The response failed to acknowledge that they didn't provide skilled staff to manage the property nor did they respond to the fact that I was keen to get the issues resolved with the tenants in the property but three failed attempts to get the tenants to move items so that the issues could be addressed because Century 21 did not follow through with the tenants. They also mischaracterized the property being handed back. I terminated their services for the reasons mentioned above. Its a shame that the owner of this business is being misled by his staff.

The team at C21 have been fantastic to deal with. I have had a couple of different property managers over the course, and each of them have been great.Kobi is very friendly, meticulous and doesn't miss a beat.Once i decided to sell my property, the sales process has been seamless. Andrew and Erin have fantastic, they really made the process easy and managed to get me more than i expected.I would definitely recommend C21.

Ronda, Erin and Tara, at Century 21 Echuca have been absolutely amazing.I was stressed in finding a house to rent in a short time frame. Ronda and Tara were able to assist me in finding a property that suited my needs . Erin's communication and fast responses made my experience less stressful . Overall the service I received from the three girls was outstanding.
