I appreciate that they could seat 6 of us relatively quickly on a busy Christmas holiday evening . The vegetarian options are limited ( for an Italian place ) service was ok - slowish. Food was decent without being great - felt that the pastas were not as seasoned / quite dry . The pizza was better ( though under seasoned ) . I would like to have given an additional half star for seating us soon ( given we had 2 kids ) , but otherwise even my friends who were local and regulars here said that they have had better experiences in vapiano before

Reservations are a must on Saturday night during VIVID. The friendly and efficient staff at Vapiano on King Street were not stressed by the crowds. Food was delicious. I ordered fettuccine with garlic butter and prawns. My companions were happy with Risotto and Pizza. We all highly Recommend.

Very nice Italian restaurant and if you are Calzone lover this is the one you shouldn’t miss as this is the best I’ve ever tried in AUS!Kids Bolognese is lovely with the right size! Pricing is reasonable for big group of people and family and very kid friendly. Location is perfect at this location which is conveniently located around the CBD area.

After have good food at Vapiano Edinburgh (U. K), we wish to lave dinner at Vapiano King Street, Sydney..Both order & payment was supposed to be made online. We received order very late, staff was extremely unpleasant the the service was very poor.Had a bad experience.

Food is alright. Service was quick but they keep forgetting half the stuff such as me ordering (and paying extra) for parmesan cheese. Ambience was good too. Be mindful, if there's too many people, it gets noisy. Ciabata garlic bread was the best. Pastas were fine.

We’ve always been fans of Vapiano but what happened to the quality here?! The pasta we ordered was inedible as it was not fully cooked. There were parts of the dish that were clumps of noodles still stuck together!! The chef or whoever cooking the pasta didn’t have enough care to separate the noodles??!! I couldn’t believe it and didn’t want to believe it. Be aware when visiting this location that your pasta may not be fully cooked.

ok first thing I gotta say is the table setup is really strange for a place that serves pizzas and sharing dishes. The table had this permanent divider that held the candle and condiments but where are you meant to put the pizza?? Anyways that aside the food was ok, not the best Italian I’ve had. We got the pork sausage and potato pizza which had like 5 tiny balls of pork mince in total lol also the chicken pasta was aight. Panna cotta was good.

Wanted to check out this little place for lunch. It was really nice, layout was easy. The waitress was very friendly, the food was great. Would definitely return again as it's also close to work! However might I point out that service, I wish, could be a lot faster?

I recently dined at a wonderful restaurant and had an excellent experience. The service was exceptional, and the staff was attentive and prompt. However, the highlight of my evening was the outstanding service provided by María Peralta at the bar. Her attention to detail and warm hospitality made my visit truly memorable. I highly recommend this restaurant for its impeccable service and the exceptional care provided by María Peralta.
