The staff was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly . They helped us choose each and every product with careful consideration to what would go where and what matched. The girls provided us with accurate and sufficient information regarding all products that we were interested in. After all the products were installed our house looked like a million bucks. We are so happy and impressed with the service provided and can’t recommend them enough.

Stay clear! Absolute scammers. They sent a guy out who quoted me $1600 to ‘inspect’ a gas leak that didn’t exist. Left the house and didn’t even turn the gas off despite the so called leak. He then said it would cost more to fix the leak once they found the issue. To fit a new gas boiler he quoted me $5k. So all up it would have set me back $6,600 minimum. Contacted Rheem direct, guy came out today, quote through, $1800 to fit a brand new boiler. These guys pray on stupid people, don’t be one of them and go elsewhere!

Cant recommend this place enough! Their customer service is definitely above and beyond. Everyone we have dealt with has been extremely helpful and ensured we have the right products for our home. They definitely set a pretty high standard when it comes to customer satisfaction.
