Amazing customer service by the whole team at Europei Motori, would very highly recommend! My family and I won’t be going anywhere else.

We bought a car that had the RWC done at this place. Within a week the car was making a strange noise on the front right side. We decided to have it checked but it 'broke down' before then. Took it to our the service centre who advised us not to get it fixed there as the initial assessor had not done a proper job and would refuse to refund us if we get it fixed by a different service.We spoke with the previous owner who connected us to this service and though they initially refused to, they agreed to get it towed to their centre, fix their mess and also fund the replacement vehicle. When we submitted the bill for the replacement vehicle, they refused to pay for it, then only agreed to pay for half. When we referred them to their previous verbal agreement to fund it given it was their mistake, they told us that 50% was what they could offer, take it or leave it. When we suggested taking it up with the AFCA, they said all the best mate

Extremely genuine and helpful people. I spoke to Renee, Spiro and Tony who all made me feel very confident and assured.I purchased the RACV PPI service conducted at Europei Motorie. It was an inspection for my potential first car and I wouldn’t have done it with anyone else! Highly recommend.

Service from a mechanics you never get these day's Spiro is a genuine good operator straight forward telling you exactly what you need to hear when a repair is needed A1, and the main mechanic Jacob is also better than any mechanic you could ever deal with and worth every cent and more he is paid. Thanks for taking care of my Porsche fellers.

Took my car in for servicing for the first time here and Jacob really went the extra mile for me in getting my car repaired and sorting out the warranty. Really appreciate the service they offered me and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality service for their European car.

Spiro, Renée, Cris, and the rest of the team were fantastic in guiding me through the pre-purchase inspection of my car and a follow-up service. With a young family, I wanted to make sure that there were no safety or mechanical concerns with the car that I was planning to purchase. The Europei Motori team did a thorough inspection and the follow-up conversation was very reassuring. During the follow-up service, I was able to work out of their office for most of the day. Amazing customer care! I have already recommended Europei Motori to my extended family and friends. Genuine family-run business who are honest and care about their customers!

This woman run mechanic is 10/10! They treat you with the upmost respect, honesty and are genuine mechanics who get the work done exceptionally well and quickly. They stay in constant communication with you and will price their work fairly. As a woman run business, they treat every customer the same regardless of their knowledge and expertise in cars.Women tend to get ripped off by mechanics and i've had my fair share of that... but ever since coming here I feel so satisfied with not only the quality of work but also the prices they charged(which are amazing btw), the work is laid out on the invoice clearly so you know exactly where your money is going (all completely reasonable charges) and they wont put any add ons without consulting you first. If you want to know what exactly is wrong with the car they wont mind showing you so you can see and understand for yourself.We all need mechanics, but mechanics that could match these guys are few and far between <3I want to say a big THANKYOU to Jacob, Renee and the rest of the team! I am a woman with little expertise about cars, Jacob who is my main mechanic, took time out of his day to walk me through step by step what different parts of the engine mean and what they do, he lifted the bonnet of the car and showed me how to do things on my own (for free) so that I can be more independent. As a woman who typically gets laughed at and ripped off at mechanics this was such a pleasant change.He was so kind and understanding and didn't ask for anything in return he was just a nice guy who is happy to listen, explain and help.THANKYOU <3I will definitely be coming back (:

A trustworthy honest business can be hard to find at times, my experience with the team at Europei Motori proves that they are still out there. The team was fantastic, doing what they stated as promised on time. They were totally flexible around seeing to my car, and made the whole process a pleasure, Tony was great to deal with. My new old car, wont be going anywhere else while I own it. First Class, and see you next time.
