My iced coffee was delicious, my pie less so, but it was 3:30pm and it had probably been in the heater all day. Should have ordered a sandwich, those are always good.

I visited on Wednesday having a pot of tea while waiting for a friend. PLEASE get someone to either replace or clean your dustpan ! Take a look at the grubby yellow one . The young girl was slowly sweeping around me and this was not a pretty sight ! Thank you .

Coffee was fantastic but service was slow. Partially because one guy was busy so he had to call out for help. The young guy who came out needs more experience in front of the house. But we will be back.

It’s a nice little place to go for a coffee and the staff seem pretty friendly. The location is a good spot in the middle of one of the malls so it is a good meeting point. I’m not sure if I was charged for a bacon and eggs on toast when I only had eggs on toast as the price seemed a bit steep and the lady taking the payment didn’t seem sure what she was keying in. I should have questioned it in hindsight. The ice coffee was really nice and the poached eggs cooked really well. There was still an unclean table beside me during my whole meal which in these times I would have thought would be cleaned right away. A number of seats had dirty finger marks or food marks, one of which I wiped off with my own wipes I carry with me.

Been to other ones but the customer service here is absolutely shocking, it's like they have no idea what they're doing, probably a money laundering business the way they're operating. If you want a St George's you're literally better off risking getting stabbed and going the ingle farm one cause they're so much nicer and cleaner.

Good food and coffee, friendly and helpful staff. Left my credit card holder there by accident. Staff looked after it and when we phoned to enquire about it later, held it for us to pick up. Very honest, thank you!!

Extremely busy. Fantastic staff and service. We just had simple pies and pasties with a pot of tea. Pastries were only just lukewarm. But other than that, the overall experience was lovely, just busy.

3.30pm 9/10There was no customers but us when we placed an order. When they made our coffees, did not serve nor let us know, so we waited for our coffee for almost 30mins without knowing it. Staff members did see us awaiting our coffee but they didn’t do anything. When we picked them up, they were cold already. When tasting them, we realized that the staff members mixed our orders up and made wrong coffees. They also put ‘2S (sugar)’ on the coffee lid of the neat coffee but nothing for the coffee with 2 sugar in it. Total disaster. They seemed to have neither interest in customers in the store nor customer service; simply did not care whatever.
