Hair By Maddi & Co

First time getting hair done by this place. I asked for a full black block colour. Which came with cut and blow dry. Went in and the women who served me was very nice however. When she started the hair dying process, i was placed in the sink chair instead in the comfortable up right chair. i let her do her thing the hair smells nice, the colour came out lovely!. However she got dye on my face and didnt wash it off. Then we moved to the chairs for the blow dry and cut. I only asked for my side shave to be reshaved with a number 3. She dryed my hair n started the cut. Seemed fine, untill she pushed the razer up too high and cut off some of my hair . I looked at her and said u just cut my hair off. And turned to me and said no i just moved it". While i was holding a chunck of my hair in my hand n all over the floor. I just sat there shocked that she had just shaved my hair off. She left without apologies ing or any words. Just left and called over another worker to try and "fix" my hair to try and make it "straight" again. My hair was sticking up and i was so upset. The second hair dresser left and and the original one returned. Still no sorry or anythin just asked if i wanted her to straighten but as i was just shaved wrong i didnt want anymore done to me. took the wear off me

Hair by Maddi is amazing! I have been going here since it’s open and have never been disappointed with my experience. It doesn’t matter which gal you see at this salon they all do stunning work , but Maddi is absolutely unreal. Also these gals are especially talented when it comes to blondes, 11/10❣️

Highly recommend the ladies at Hair by Maddi. They are always so welcoming and Jess has done an amazing job on my hair and given me some amazing advice! They have gone above and beyond when I experienced a mishap with booking an appointment and went out of their way to open after hours to accommodate me! Best hairdressers in town by far!

By far the best hairdresser in the Upper Hunter. The girls here are incredible and you will always walk out feeling amazing! The hospitality you receive in the salon is humbling and far above what I've received from past salons. I always look forward to my appointment! :)

I LOVE THE “Hair by Maddi” salon.I’ve had my hair cut and coloured by Jess, Maddi, Lilli and Gabbi and I’ve been super happy every time with the end results.What I really love though, is the peace and quiet! The chilled, calm vibe of everyone. Bliss! I’m always offered a cuppa and something yummy to enjoy with it. Fantastic price for quality service. Well done girls. Your doing great things.X

Consistent and talented, I say the leading salon in Muswellbrook. I have been getting my hair cut and coloured by Maddi since the opening of her salon in Campbell's Corner. I always get compliments about my hair, what a fantastic hairdresser! you normally find salons like this in the city and we have her here locally.

Acted as a model for young apprentice. Great trim, great friendly, clean salon. Highly recommend
