Maclean Tyrepower

Had been a long term customer, took my car there as it needed work. Went to collect it expecting the work be done only to find out that 'they had sent the wrong parts' (I don't believe they ordered the parts at all) I was then told I would be contacted when the parts had arrived and have not heard from them, that was two weeks ago.I don't feel the need to chase it up, I felt lied to at the time and certainly won't be returning.

Just wanted to acknowledge Mark and the team at Maclean this morning.Great service.Thanks for fitting me in with my flat tyre when you were so busy.Also a shout out to Oliver’s Rest Centre who steered me in the right direction.Great country service all round.

Had an emergency tyre replacement. Staff were very helpful and accommodating, even though they were busy. Highly recommend.

Gave these a guys a bit of a sledging last week (Review Edited Today - 02/11/20 )as was unhappy with the quality of the tyre service when 4 new tyres were fitted. Spent $800 on Michelin tyres. Appreciate the guy fitting me in. But he snapped off one of the wheel bolts. Sent me away saying 'these things happen'. I have a 2008 Toyota Hiace. It's not an old car and Toyota is generally fairly bullet proof. If he had said 'sorry - snapped off a bolt but come back Monday and will fix' I would have been ok to be honest. In any case, to their credit, Tyrepower Maclean is sorting this out so I've removed the review or at least made it less scathing. Just as a further edit and a response to the Maclean Tyrepower response. Actually not true re the part not being available. Your guy didn't say he would fix it. I had to come back to you. And just from a consumer point of view I would refrain from telling your customers that their car/van is old/Has high k's. Just put the tyres on and give it back to me how it arrived - 6 bolts/ nuts per wheel. How many old lancruisers are out there? Tons of k's and legendary performance from Toyota. Let's see legendary service as well.

We had a tyre blow out on the highway. Managed to make the 50km to Maclean where the staff at Tyrepower were excellent with their service. Had a replacement tyre in stock & had us back on the road within 45 minutes.

Tyrepower went out of its way to help us in an emergency situation concerning our accessible vehicle. They were extremely busy but made time to attend our Maclean office and fix our issue which ensured we could continue to provide supports to our customers. Great staff and prompt service. Highly recommended!
