After being let down on the installation by the company we purchased the air conditioner through, we contacted Toowoomba Air & Refrigeration. Nick and Cam arrived on time, told us clearly what they needed to do and how long it would take and the cost. They were both friendly and easy to talk to while they worked. They went above and beyond by fixing another issue for us that was unrelated to the air conditioning installation. I have no hesitation in recommending these guys. Fantastic work.

Boys did really jobs to installs smart lights and brand new Mitsubishi air conditioner for one of my room and cleaned up also fixed another ducted air con in another room. Big shout out to them.

Nick came and installed a split system reverse cycle air conditioner in my house and I couldn't be happier with the service. The entire process was very smooth and easy - Nick was great to communicate with when booking in for a quote and for the installation, and did an excellent job. It was all very neatly and professionally finished (inside and out) and looks great. It's made a huge difference to my home and the Mitsubishi system is working really efficiently.
