Would give half a star if i could, I paid for 5 pairs of earrings, only to get home and realise she had only packed 4. I went back with the email with my receipt, but she said she couldn't do anything about it? She wasn't nice either. Never had an issue until now, an absolute shame.

Just left the store in Morayfield Westfield, not very impressed with the staff member on. I'm Deaf, so I couldn't hear much over the loud music blasting in the store. The staff member comes up to me and I think she asked if she could help me or asked if I needed anything, I nodded and signed 'yes thank you'. In response, she said 'oh sorry' and ran off. This has happened with a few other staff members before. Lovisa, please teach your staff how to communicate with Deaf people, we only need patience and a pen and paper.
