We used ranger to install a heatpump, downlights, move powerpoints/add power points, change lighting, and lots of odd electrical jobs. They were easy to communicate with, left our home clean, all the tradies were lovely, and they did a great job. Ben is very responsive, and offers good solutions. The team worked in with other trades, and the owner of the other trade also stated how easy and nice they were to work along side. Highly recommend

We are very pleased with the service provided. The service team responded promptly and were able to schedule in first thing in the next morning - big relief to have the issues sorted before the Easter break. The team was super friendly and patient. They've inspected the issues professionally, and were happy to explain each step and recommend improvements. Would not hesitate to use their service again in the future. Highly recommend the team!

After reaching out to a number of contractors to quote for a heat pump, Ben at Ranger Electrical Group responded quickly to organise a site inspection, provided honest and helpful advice and a very competitive quote for a top notch appliance. The workmanship was first class as was the customer service. Ben, Harry and Bane have set a standard of service that all contractors should aspire towards providing. If a six star review were possible here - this would be it.

After finding that many of my local electricians were too busy to undertake a simple job, Ben came to my rescue and was able to wire in a new cooktop, within a day or so of my request. Ben Ranger is totally professional, courteous and efficient, and highlighted two areas which may need attention further down the track.

I emailed Ben about some work and he responded to me within a couple of hours, he came out to the house to give us a quote within a couple of days, and he and his team got everything done within two weeks! Their care and customer service is above and beyond, any questions or concerns we had were answered straight away. Ben has been fabulous for us. We have used him several times. Always does a great job and a great price.He removed an old wall heater for me last year and has now updated our meter box. 10 out of 10 would recommend.
