My 18yr old Brother who has been saving his, 1st year apprentice wage, to purchase himself a new tool belt + accessories visited this store over the weekend. Upon arriving at the store he asked the store assistants where to find what he was looking for. He was told where he could locate them (he was not shown or offered assistance), my brother was unable to find his size and after feeling he was unable to approach the staff to ask for further assistance he left the store. After leaving the store he was told by another shopper that he had over heard the shop assistants assuming he was thieving. My brother was rather thrown by what he had heard and proceeded to hop in his car to head home, to which he noticed all 5 shop assistants standing out the front writing down his number plate.My brother came home rather intimidated and upset that these people had questioned his integrity and assumed he was doing the wrong thing when he had such innocent intensions. After taking to Facebook with our experience the manager of the store contacted us directly requesting we take down the post and go in store to discuss the matter. We obliged and went the store first thing the next morning. The manager never introduced himself nor did he ask for our names, no apologies occurred and we felt we had wasted our time and regretted removing our post. All that we took out of the 'discussion' was that the manager advised meetings would be held with those staff members involved.As someone who works in customer service I can confidently say that this is VERY disappointing - we will not be visting again and will continue to voice our experience to everyone we know!

Cannot be trusted to keep their word and I would give them 0 stars if it were possible.I purchased and paid for a tool kit directly with the store over the phone. After completing the purchase, I found the same product available at Sydney Tools for less. I rang the store and told them such and advised them of the lower price. They checked the competitor's website to confirm and then verbally agreed to match the price telling me they would fix it up" when I came in to pick up the kit the next day.Four days after picking up my kit

The staff are all very knowledgeable and generally very friendly. I have however been let down by the store as I bought a $1700 dewalt drop saw at tax time its now in the shop for warranty" it didn't even last 3 months which is a joke considering the price and how it was looked after. I went to purchase another drop saw yesterday as I need one everyday for work and who knows when the dewalt dropsaw comes back

My partner went to warners bay, he was ignored by 4 staff behind the counter, treated like it was an inconvenience to ask a question. They didn't have the tool he was looking for, even though it was in the Web pages available. One staff member was very rude and short, totally unprofessional. Will not be going back !!!

I had a great experience chasing up a Paslode framing gun kit, which was out of stock at the time, Norm was very helpful over at the Warner’s Bag store and sorted it over the phone on the spot. Good work lads!

I had a great experience with these guys. They are very helpful, great prices, and a huge range of tool. The place is a lot bigger than you first expect. I got an electric drill / driver combo and the guy ended up throwing in a pretty comprehensive set of fittings. I’ll be back for my next set

So time to give Total Tools another review last review was below average because of their lack of stock on shelves and just the way their staff made you feel like you were wasting their time what the turnaround actually I'm going to a award 5 stars this time because it was simply five-star service. Walked in the doors and greeted by staff member that was upbeat and happy to help me I told him what I needed and surprise surprise they actually had what I asked for three quarter to half inch adaptor I nearly fell over so off to the check out paid for what I came for and left in and out in 3 minutes keep it up Total Tools.
