I regularly go and see Nana at ANT for remedial massage, and have always had a great experience. During the massage, Nana used a variety of techniques to target the specific areas of tensions. Not only do I feel more relaxed, but I also can notice improvements in my range of motion.I would highly recommend ANT to anyone in need of remedial massage.

My husband n I have been going to this little gem place for over ten years…the previous staff were just amazing …. The new owner Nona is just as committed and excellent. I feel very refreshed n relaxed each time after my massage. My husband n I went last week and he was being attended to by her assistant and to his surprised she was just as good. I hope the Milton’s Point committee will support Nona’s ANT massage business. Thank you Nona. We will see you next week again.

Great spot. I see Nana regularly and highly recommend her for remedial massage. I suffer with quite a lot of pain in my back and shoulders, and Nana is great at helping me find some relief!
