Needed an alternator for my old import and kiri came through quick as same day, easy as to talk to. Would be stuck up s**ts creek without him. Will definetly be coming back

DO NOT use Cooldrive if you need the part delivered on the same day. Ordered a part at 9.19am and its 3.15pm and we still have not received the part. You cannot operate a business based on using them for parts if your day finishes at 5.00pm! We wont be ordering from them unless we can order the part two days before the part is needed! Very very poor service.

Wrong part sent! had a feeling when ordering person on phonewould get it wrong and packaged part already broken open not sealed.Promised client would have there vehicle Saturday morning, but can`t exchange part because Cool drive closed Saturdays.

Poor customer service, they no longer care about smaller businesses. You raise a concern with the sales representative and it is always met with opposition. I've has freight issues, pricing issues, warranty issues and every time it's always my fault. They never take ownership of issues. It's such a shame, because they used to be great.
