My partner and I are first home buyers. We got in contact with Rohit Neb at the Greenvale Display in Melbourne and were blown away by his willingness to go above and beyond for us. He was able to create a floor plan that fitted all of our needs and wants and even offered suggestions that we hadn't even thought of to maximise living space and create a more welcoming environment! Overall a great person to work with as a first home buyer.Throughout the next section of pre construction, we worked with Tiarne M during colours and Emma P as our contracts administrator.Tiarne was able to convert our ideas into visual displays during our appointments and explained why our colour decisions worked towards our goal and which ones didn't work for the overall idea we had. Even after our appointments, she made herself available to offer support for any questions we had thought of later. An incredibly friendly person who removed any indecision my partner and I had with choosing our colours.Emma's customer service is among the best we have ever received. Not only did she provide detailed answers to literally every single question that my partner and I fronted her with, but did it in a way that didn't make us feel silly for asking, was reassuring as 'naive' first home buyers and was always prompt. I cannot remember a question remaining unanswered for longer than 24 hours.Overall, we cannot wait to build our second home with Homegroup.I will forever recommend them to all of my friends and family and truly hope they get the feel the comfort and enjoyment of the process just as we did.

Unconditional thanks to the team at Home Group for the wonderful build experience that went like a breeze. We would recommend highly anyone willing to have a high quality inclusions in their home to give them a go. We were handed the keys of our new home 3 weeks ago (on time) and all our expectations based on what we've been told from the beginning were all fulfilled. From the start to the finish of our building the process has been so professional and a pleasant experience We have been very happy with the quality of the construction of our new home.Communication cannot be faulted always of high standard as we were always informed of the build, and we were always helped with any questions we had from the beginning James assisting with the plans (which we changed from original plan) to Rebekah, Emma in the office to Dean our on-site supervisor.Whilst talking to the many trades we met the feedback from all was how happy they were working for Home Group and could not fault them.We would highly recommend Home Group to our friends who are looking to build.We would like to say thank you to the Home Group Team.Nicole and Bill

First of all a big thanks to James Anderson, he's the best consultant ever who guided me from the design stage to the completion. My experience of building my first home with Home Group was drama free, they managed to deliver the house on time although there were industry wide shortages. Laura (client liaison officer) provided updates regularly and helped clarify the confusions. Gavin (supervisor) was easy to deal with. Overall a satisfied customer and a very happy new home owner.

We can't thank Alysia and the Home Group team enough so far for all their assistance, care and thought going into our home design. We are first home buyers and Alysia, with her extensive industry knowledge and expert advice, has made the pre-construction phase so smooth and comfortable, she is such a genuine soul and an absolute asset to this team. After visiting a handful of display homes with Alysia (near and far - thank you!!), she really gauged what we were after and the package she put together truly met all our needs and exceeded our expectations with a few surprises (insert happy tears here)! The quality of the display homes are amazing and if they are anything to go by then we cannot wait to finally see our home come to life! Thank you team!
