Got my Subaru serviced by Isaac. $400 cheaper than dealer and didn't need the car all day long like the dealer. 10 stars but Google only allows 5. Log book serviced, see you in 12500kms.

disappointed to find price of RWC up by 55% in less than 12 months , but I guess in a rural setting no other choice , Blue dog state , their prices have only risen 20% late last year or early this year ? it cost me $100 for the inspection with call back . this time $120 for inspection and $35 call back fee , total $155 a rise of 55%

I was interested in purchasing a vehicle and organised a pre-purchase inspection over the phone. The mechanic called both before and after the inspection to make sure what I was looking at specifically and if there was any additional information he could provide when inspecting the car. The report I received was comprehensive and ended up saving me several hundred dollars in travel to inspect, let alone the extensive repairs the vehicle required to get on road that were omitted from the seller's photos on social media. Good communication and professional service.

So I decided to get my car the full deal and get a pre purchase inspection, i spoke to a lovely lady over the phone who managed to squeeze me in for the day so I could organise the car to be towed to the gold coast. I told her that i needed the full check as i cant get to harvey bay to look at the car, she assured me for $300 i will get full written rapport and photos. 1 month later, still yet to receive photos. Just decided to do a revs check on the car and it has been reported to WOVI. Previously written off. they somehow forgot to tell me about that? I called the lady today and she mentioned that is an extra $40 charge, why didnt the lady who helped me arrange the booking recommend this? I just spent $300 on the car to make sure it was worth buying, don't you think id spend the extra $40 to get EXACTLY what I wanted/asked for.

Highly recommend...Very happy with mobile roadworthy service. Unlike other local companies Blue Dog actually showed up for the booking and with only one day notice! right on time and very polite and professional. Also very helpful fixing issues on the spot with amazing prices. I will definitely be using this company long term!

First time using these guys for a service on my car, my mechanic arrived earlier than our appt time, he was very friendly and explained things in an easy understandable way. Prompt, professional and would highly recommend them!
