White Lily Couture Brisbane

I ended up purchasing my dream gown at a different shop however the experience at White Lily was wonderful. The assistant was knowledgeable, considered my budget when we selected dresses and listened to what I wanted. The changing area was very nice, the dresses were clean and the assistant made me feel comfortable when trying on the dresses. Thanks so much for a great experience!

My mother and I travelled from Toowoomba for an appointment at White Lily and I am so glad we did. Hollie (my allocated stylist) was courteous, knowledgeable and professional. She made the whole experience incredibly easy and enjoyable. All the staff I dealt with, including Nat and those at the front desk, were brilliant. There is a wide variety of dresses to choose from but the staff really do make choosing which ones to try on a stress free experience. Cannot recommend White Lily highly enough.

I booked an appointment at White Lily only a day after getting engaged because I wanted my future MIL to be able to come with me, my mum and my sister before she flew back to the UK. I had no intentions on buying a dress that day, we were just going for the experience as the wedding was 18 months away.My appointment with Poppy was wonderful, I tried on dresses that I loved and really saw myself wearing - but then she convinced me to try on something out of my comfort zone and I'm so glad I did! The dress was perfect, everything I'd never dreamed of but wish that I had. We had another appointment booked for that afternoon at a different store, and Poppy suggested we go to that appointment and if nothing compared, we could come back and put a deposit down on the dress. I went to the other appointment and tried on the dress that I'd been dreaming about - it probably would have been the one if I hadn't (thankfully) gone to White Lily first!Thank goodness I went to the appointment as early as I did, as the designer I chose has a 12 month lead time. My dress has since arrived, and I've picked it up, even more in love with it then when I originally tried it on. Poppy sized me perfectly and the dress fit like a glove which was amazing as the sample was 5 sizes too big.Thanks White Lily for being wonderful! Cannot wait to wear the dress on my big day. xx

White Lily Couture was the first and ended up being the only bridal store I visited! My stylist was incredible, she listened to my vision, and made suggestions of what would suit me. In the end I picked a dress I never would've imagined for myself and absolutely loved it. With a couple of little tweaks after I had a baby 6 weeks before my wedding day, it ended up being my perfect dress!

My stylist was poppy, she was amazing! Poppy made me feel very comfortable.Being a bigger girl this was super important to me and she understood what I was looking for, I said Yes to the the dress and it was one that my lovely stylist had picked out for me to try. WLC was my first and only store to visit for wedding dress shopping - I cancelled all other wedding dress visits because I had such an amazing experience with Katy and found my dress first go. Never in a million years did I think I would choose a fitted mermaid wedding dress but Katy made me feel so confident and listened to exactly what I wanted. The girls that assisted me on pick up of my dress were also fantastic!My only feedback is that I had wanted to try on 1 or 2 more dresses at my appointment but was unable to, and that my dress arrived 2 months earlier than expected and there was a bit of pushing to try get me to pick it up earlier but once I set the boundaries that I couldn't organise time off work it was respected and we were able to find a Thursday night that suited me.Overall very happy and have recommended WLC to engaged friends who have also loved their experience.

White Lily couture made buying my dream dress such an amazing experience ! The staff were extremely helpful, explained the process in depth and made be feel at ease.

My entire experience at White lily couture was amazing. From my first appointment to my collection appointment, and the communication between, the entire team was so helpful, caring and lovely and made the whole process seamless.Poppy my stylist was so incredible and encouraged me to try on some styles I didn’t think I would like. Well she sure is great at her job because I ended up buying a dress completely different to what I thought I wanted. Poppy was so confident that I immediately trusted her and her choices for me.I had such an amazing experience and left thinking what a fun job that would be, and so when I saw they were hiring I jumped at the opportunity and am now a proud white lily employee! I can’t wait to wear my dress at my upcoming wedding!

My absolute favourite bridal shop experience! We drove from the Sunshine Coast to visit White Lily Couture, not only did I find my dress here, I just really enjoyed the entire experience, and so did my family/friends. I also wanted to thank Hollie for her help and making me feel so comfortable.
