The Athlete's Foot Wollongong

The store manager Samuel appears to sit with his girlfriend at the front of the store for long periods of time, and they will judge you as you come in. I went yesterday with my sister and we were made to feel unwelcome - they gave us dirty looks, and Samuel didn't even greet us, let alone offer me service. When I raised this as a complaint in person, said store manager became shockingly aggressive and tried to intimidate us. I don't recommend this store at all to anyone, because if you have even a minor problem, Samuel will mock you and try to make you feel afraid to say anything more about it. I hope he isn't there for much longer as the store appears to be a very toxic environment under his management. If you're not an athlete, try Williams instead.

A good store if you need to purchase a pair of runners or other shoes. The stff seem quite knowledgable and are not pushy for a sale. Recommended!

Service was excellent, in spite of Covid restrictions. I was able to stay near the door which helped me to feel comfortable.The technology told me to go a half size larger than I intended. Happy with the shoes I bought.I was surprised that the staff didn't know that the shoes I chose were on sale.

Great range & super professional helpful staff

Everything went well with the sale, but when i realised after my daughter wore the shoes several times that the sizes were mismatched was when i saw superior service. Immediate responses from head office with instant solution, local store was prompt and gave several solutions. Real service is seen when things dont go right so 5 stars for Atheletes foot for perfect problem solving and great shoes.

Not answering the phone!!To call the Wollongong store it goes to a Sydney number and they don't answer the phone. Maybe each store should have their own number zthis would be helpful

Worst service. I was waiting for at least 20 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. If I could give zero stars i would.

Bit busy on sale days. Recommend coming in a bit early if there is a sale.

Staff were really helpful in finding the best shoe for my sons foot. It was really busy with everyone shopping for back to school but they had heaps of staff on and assisted us within 5 minutes of arriving.

Customer service is abysmal, I’ve been shopping there for years but never again.
