Very highly recommend, hands down the best massage therapist I’ve ever come across.Ruth has magic hands and is able to soothe my tension and pains without causing more!It is clear she has a very good knowledge of the body and totally understands what it is to be human - connecting the mind and the emotions to the physical.I find Ruth’s intuition to always be spot on which then adds another layer of healing to the session.I don’t trust many people to work on my body but I trust Ruth.

Ruth is incredible, she finds all the sore spots and knows just how much pressure to apply. I always wish the sessions would not end! Her knowledge of the musculature system and how all the body parts are connected and work together never ceases to amaze me.Her communication is brilliant from always arriving on time, to texting if she is (very rarely) caught in traffic.

Ruth came into my life at a time when I thought I was going to have to give up my career in nursing! To say she performed a miracle on my back is probably putting it mildly. She genuinely takes the time to get to understand you and what your problem might be. I was on heavy pain relief everyday and had multiple Physio and remedial massage appointments for over a year without real results before I found Ruth. I’m now totally off my pain meds and I’ve managed to loose 14kg because ‘I can move again’!!!Thank you Ruth, you have truly changed my life!!!

I lost all mobility in my left ankle before I met Ruth, after visiting her I can now say that I have gained almost full mobility back. She is very good at feeling what your body says and needs. And she communicates very well, very safe.Could not recommend her more.Thank you Ruth.

Body Synergy Massage and Movement
Ruth offers a highly individualised, unique service tailored to the person. I had a scar treatment done for an area with a large scar on my face from the removal of a skin cancer. There was a lot of discomfort and pinching. The treatment was pain free and there was a significant change in the look, feel and tightness around the scar-all improved noticeably following the treatment. I am very grateful to Ruth and can recommend her treatments to anyone looking for support with scars. Although multiple treatments are recommended to treat scars, there was significant improvement after the first session.
