Their service is well below average, arranged a pickup time for an item that arrived last week and I still haven’t been able to pick up even though I booked a pickup day with them. When I try to call them they never pick up either and their depot is always locked and closed when I’ve been down thereVery unhappy with their service

Tried half the morning trying to contact them on 1300 number gave up. 10 days freight time from Sydney to Hobart and been scanned for out for delivery" for two days. Not happy Jan"

Very good to deal with. Large package arrived at Hobart depot from Sydney faster than expected. It was very easy to pick up from the Hobart depot with the trailer. Having pick-up hours on the website would be handy.

Organised to pick up my package. Can only pick up between 0630 and 0830 which can be difficult for some, more disappointing at the fact the gates were all shut and had to yell at someone in the warehouse because there was no other way of letting them know I was there to pick up despite me calling the day prior to say I'll be there in the morning. Once I was in I received my parcel promptly

My package came in 3 seperate boxes looks like someone ran one box over with a car.. and the other 2 packages have mens work boot foot prints all over them.. and boxes are torn in parts.. my boxes contained a pet breeding cage easily bendable luckily only 2 parts were bent and fixable with the box that looked ran over..Delivery speed was great, just unfortunate about the care of peoples packages.

It would seem that, I have the same issues, as everyone else.Entering the code left on my ‘we missed you’ card gave me a ‘No records’ message.Calling customer service, leaves you on hold.The opening hours for the depo are not listed on their website and are not available.Also the depo’s gates are left closed, because you need to book for a collection, see comments above as to why that is an issue.Picking up your box, isn’t so much of a problem, but the depo is out of the way and a hike through a nasty smelling road.
