Very unfriendly staff. Will never go back again.

Cheat customers by passing off repaired filters as brand new products. After being found in every possible way also quibble. No wonder just installed after the way through the acceptance of cheating, after the receipt of all kinds of delay to repair, trying to muddle through. We have payment records that can be provided to the dismissive boss for verification

Very friendly staff and very professional. My pool was built in 1970s and I have not had any idea that how to maintain a pool before.Glad my friend recommended them to me. They trained me how to operate the pool, advise me what needs to be done.They just finished the sand filter replacement job with consistent high quality and attractive price.Dealing with them are so easy as they always know what you need. Highly recommend.

Very substandard service was provided by the staff. I required a pool maintenance training session. The staff did not show up on the date of service without giving me any heads up. My calls and text messages were simply disregarded. The staff came to mine the following day, and still provided very extremely poor service. The staff seemed very annoyed by my questions during the session. The staff did only finish half session of how long it was meant to be. This shop is the nerest one from mine, but never have used since then, and will not use their service ever again. I never make any comments like this. Even 1 star rating is too generous for that particular staff. I would have given zero rating if there was an option.

One star because I couldn't leave zero stars (for zero service). The older grey haired (surly natured) male at the shop had previously fixed a leaking pool pump at my home a couple of years ago. When in the store recently, I mentioned it was leaking again and he asked me to bring the pump into the store. I did so earlier today and the same male told me he was incapable of fixing the leak and told me to take it elsewhere. I guess he simply couldn't be bothered. Well, I can't be bothered ever stepping foot in that store again.Edit post Reply: You have missed the points I was trying to make.1. Your staff member IS capable of fixing that pump as he previously fixed a leak. Yes, an impellor can be difficult to remove, but he did this previously.2. Instead of asking me to simply bring the pool pump into the shop, if he no longer wants to go to the trouble of fixing that style of pump (because of the impellor issue) then he should have asked what type of pump it was. Instead, he put me to the trouble of bring the pump in and then very rudely (he has zero people skills) told me to take the pump elsewhere.

Faulty product installed & though we were back & forth on holidays they were difficult to deal with. Felt I was being ignored. Wanted totally new product but they only replaced faulty piece. As one part failed felt any other part of same product may be problematic.

Offered a free quote and ended up being a competitive price. They fitted the full filtration, pump and chlorination system within a few days. The pets were all known good brands and the same that others quoted significantly higher prices for. They also removed all the old system excluding the sand so I had no mess to deal with.
