Making decisions on 2 bathroom renovations was stressing me out until I discovered Concept Tiles Moorooka. It was a one stop shop for everything I required, with an elegant modern range at reasonable cost. Kim was very professional from start to finish. She offered helpful suggestions without being pushy and supported me in bringing my bathroom vision to life. Best range by far. I was having so much trouble finding patterned tiles that would match my vanity. I had gone to all the major tile companies and some small. I literally spent weeks looking on the internet. Luckily I found Concept tiles. Kim was very helpful. They had tiles that I saw nowhere else. I'm so SO please with the results. The tiles are just gorgeous. Thanks Kim

I have done two renos in the past 3 years and on each occasion I have benefited from the exceptional service and vast experience Kim has.Her knowledge of the trade and products is absolutely first class and if she doesn't have a product you have your heart set on then she will do all she can to source it for you.I can't recommend her enough and you would be silly to go anywhere else.

Fantastic experience and guidance provided by Martin and the Concept team. With his design background, Martin was able to confidently point us in the right direction factoring in the age/style of our home as well as our like/dislikes to present the “perfect” tile for us. Delivery was right on time and that was even after we changed our tile order! Would highly recommend a visit to Concept to get some guidance, value and a great customer experience!

Working with Kim Lang has been awesome!!! She has a keen eye for style, an astuteness for practicality and over delivers on service. We are renovating a small unit, while running two businesses - Kim made it easy for us to place orders, was terrific with samples and ideas, and followed up on all the small details. The new showroom has also surpassed expectations. Definitely worth stopping in, easy parking and a well curated selection of materials in store. Thanks Kim, and a total recommend from me ⭐️

I recently renovated my bathroom and ensuite and bought everything from Concept Tiles. This made the renovation easier as everything was from one place. Kim provided excellent advice and customer service and took the stress out of picking tiles, fixtures and fittings as she colour matched both rooms. I would definitely recommend this shop for anyone doing a bathroom renovation.

We have purchased tiles from Concept Tiles three times now and each time we have been thoroughly impressed with the quality of their products and service. Our latest purchase was for outdoor floor and splash back tiles for our Alfresco area. Kim provided us with valuable suggestions that worked well with our overall design. The delivery process was smooth and hassle-free. We are extremely satisfied with the end result.
