Be careful with your bond !Indeed, they used their best bad faith to use our bond to pay for property improvements before selling the property.Following a long, stressful and time consuming process -with fair-trading's support- they eventually came to their senses.Very disappointing after being an exemplary tenant for years in the property.

Josh Ellison has been one of the most unprofessional realtors we have met and wasted our time. My partner and I put an offer in on one of the properties and they have accepted our offer. We gave every update to Josh on what was going on and waiting on a bank valuation. Without any courtesy call, he accepted someone else an offer a day later for just an extra $5000 and did not have the decency to give us a call but instead sent my partner a text message on Sunday early morning. Due to his neglect, we have already given notice that we currently living that we moving out. Honestly, what a waste of time and I feel just giving one star is considerate
