Absolutely fantastic JobMichael came out on a Saturday to give us a quote, from beginning to the end, Michael, Jason & Justin have been fantastic to work with, Michael created a picture of what our new kitchen would look like and from there our beautiful new kitchen came to life, the guys are lovely to deal with, they clean up before they leave. Do not go near this company, it has been a total nightmare for me! Michael promised to look after me as my builder had gone into liquidation and I was at that point $50k out of pocket, but no he took my deposit 7 months ago and balance of payment before Christmas. I only have 3/4 work done to date which was March. He didn’t provide any designs for vanities and made up his own which I don’t like. The vanity tops so narrow the taps won’t fit behind the sink so are on the side. Michael does not answer or return calls, he rarely responds to texts except in the beginning to secure the job, he either turns up late or not at all which often meant other trades had to be rescheduled as they were waiting on him. I’ve been chasing him now for 4 months post Christmas. I still have no mirrors/shaving cabinets, vanities I didn’t order, no bench top and no drawer fronts or kickboards to Butlers Pantry. I’ve given Michael every chance to rectify this matter but he just doesn’t care and has left me high and dry. This matter will go to Department of Fair Trading then onto NCAT so I can claim rectification and completion works against Fresh Start Kitchens.

Don't go near this company. Michael told me over the phone my job was ready, I could tell he was blatantly lying from the sound of his voice. As expected, he never returned any calls or messages. Waste of time.

Made an appointment to discuss a new kitchen this morning. Did not show up did not answer phone call. Very unprofessional and unreliable. Maybe this is a reflection of how the business is run. I do not recommend this company to anyone and will be taking my business elsewhere. Total waste of time.
