Neck, shoulders and whole back experience. The guy who massaged me just drove his elbow up and down my shoulder blade area like he did not know what he was doing.... I thought ok this is just the start of the massage, but, this continued for 95% of my time. Then when he started on my neck all I felt as his fist with a couple of circle motions and it was over.... I am more sore than before I had this massage". Would not recommend wasting your money. And as for the atmosphere: The constant chatting and giggles coming from other staff members made this an unrelaxing experience."

Im not sure about ya'll but i didnt enjoy my massage with them at all. First the masseur was talking with her co worker on the other room. And, instead of getting relaxed, all i got was pain, pain, PAIN. She massaging me as if she was massaging a big guy. Im 4'9 ya'll. Like hello? I think you just crushed my shoulders"

I’ll start by saying I wasn’t expecting a 5 star massage, I was however hoping for a decent massage but this wasn’t the case.I asked for a 20 minute Neck and Shoulder massage which was $35 and what I got was a one sided open palm circular rub on my right upper back, an elbow in my lower back and a thumb poking and prodding my head.I didn’t specify that my right side was sorer than my left because this simply wasn’t the case but the guy who did my massage was intent on focusing solely on my right side.It got to the end of it and he wiped my back with a rather cold wet cloth, pulled a towel over me and again started prodding my head and continued to dig an elbow into my back but only on the right side and said ‘okay lady you’re done’I was then charged $40 for a Neck and Upper Back massage.. not what I asked for and still not what I got.I could compare this massage to something my partner would give me but I just had to pay for this one.Safe to say I won’t be going back or recommending this place to anyone.

I was extremely sore could not sleep all night after surgery the girl I had did 40 min neck shoulders back and she was amazing I felt so much better afterwards.

I needed an arm, shoulder and shoulder blade remedial massage due to acute and chronic pain and injury to the affected area. The gentleman was experienced and thorough. The pain was relieved and affected area enabled more flexible movement. I'm left handed and it was the left side that required treatment. Be prepared, your schedule appointment may be delayed. I will very likely return here if I'm in the area again.

I decided to go here to get a massage as a last minute decision. The wait time was minimal, and I was basically able to walk in and only waited about 5 minutes before an appointment was available.I was show into a room and asked to undress. There was a chair for me to put my stuff on, but no basket to store clothes, so I just laid them on top of the chair. I was allocated a male masseuse however there was minimal conversation during my experience. When I tried to ask him about signing a QR code to check in for COVID the guy didn't seem to understand what I was saying, and this seemed apparent during my session as there was little communication during my experience. A couple of times he was very hard during the massage process (which is fine) but I would have preferred he communicated with me first. I did overhear another person in another room having a massage and their massage therapist communicated well with them the entire time asking if it was too hard or too soft however I did not have this experience, which was a bit disappointing. I had mentioned I wanted focus to be on my lower back, but most of the massage was actually upper back so I wasn't able to get full relief, which was a bit disappointing as I did enjoy the convenience of a massage at the shops.Overall, the experience was OK, but nothing really stood out to me as being amazing, hence my 3 star rating. I wish I hadn't gotten a massage here. I got the full head, neck, shoulders and back. That night and for the next few days I felt like I had been bruised to neck to tailbone. I was in so much pain! I asked for light pressure and the guy dug his elbows into me so hard I clenched up for the whole massage. My neck was barely touched, and his version of a head massage was to rub my head lightly for about 30 seconds, theb say we're done" and walk out."

Phoned today to book a 1hr foot massage. On arrival at appointment time of 4pm. I had to wait 15mins. When they came over I was asked if I had health insurance (yes) so it would be $90 for the hour. I said I did not want to use my insurance and just wanted the standard $70 1 hour. Was then told only the $50 30 min was now available as they were closing early.I chose to leave as I was not going to claim a massage that was not a remedial and felt like I was being punished for not paying the $90

The place need reception staff. They just ran a way for phone calls. And they didn’t even ask for customer and they took customer time from pay. And finished massage early. It’s not that clean place.

They cancelled the appointment I had, when I called to confirm the time because they barely speak english. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL.
