Fedele Jewelworks has been my local jeweller for many years. Frank and Nadia and the rest of the team are incredibly knowledgable and I trust I’m always getting the best deal and the best advice. Knowing how much I love everything in the shop and that it is my go to, my husband knew exactly where to go when it came time to buying me an engagement ring. Needless to say, I was not disappointed by the stunning creation he proposed with!

Horrible service and rude owners, very unexpected after all these sweetened reviews.Asked them to fix my automatic hand watch, specifically to glue a digit which became loose when I had dropped them. The watch costs 7000 dollars. When returned, the digit was glued crookedly and when I pointed it out, I was gaslighted and was said it’s perfect, their repairer is very good and couldn’t do anything wrong. Being really confused I took it and showed it to my partner and to the staff in another service, they all confirmed it’s crooked and you don’t even need glasses to see it.When I and partner came back to request a refund, the owner insisted he couldn’t see anything wrong and then after our attempts to show the issue, he raised his voice and said: “How much was the repair? Take the money and good luck with fixing it somewhere else! Good bye!”.I understand that a digit on a hand watch is very small, however, if you promise to fix it it is assumed you have equipment for such a precise and delicate work, if you don’t have it you will ruin someone’s property and being rude won’t cover it.

Frank did a fantastic job replacing the diamond in my engagement ring and repaired another ring I also had. Excellent skill and workmanship.Finally a jeweller I can trust. I highly recommend Frank and his team.Thank you Frank.

This little shop in Hawksburn village is a destination in itself. Frank and Sheila have been wonderful to us over the years. No work is too big or too small, you will get the same service, the same kind smiles and a fabulous hand made piece of jewellery to cherish for ever.

What a fantastic business. They were very professional and super careful considering covid 19.Now the real importance. I got 2 automatic watches serviced and also ask them to fix any problems they encountered. They gave me updates throughout. The quality of the service and fix over achieved my expectations. All the significant jewellery I've bought for my wife has been made by Frank and his team over the last 10 years. From engagement rings, wedding rings to earrings and necklaces. Superb craftsmanship with attention to detail at very reasonable prices. Always super friendly, responsive and thoughtful. Highly recommended!

Frank and the team were incredible. I was a real novice when it came to jewelry. Frank very patiently took me through the process and what my options were. I felt incredibly comfortable the entire time and his workmanship is the best I've ever seen. I have had some poor experiences in the past with other jewelers so I can appreciate Fedele Jewelworks' quality, approach and manner.

Lisa sized down a ring for me. She was very helpful, explained the process well and completed it in the timeframe she said she would. I was nervous to give my wedding ring over to someone even for a little while but she put my mind at ease and the result is perfect. Thank you Lisa.

I have shopped for my wife here for the past 20 years and am about to return yet again. The jewellery is truly unique and thats what makes it so special. My wife loves everything i have purchased over the years. Beautiful quality and friendly service, they truly know their business. Oh and there is a gemologist on site also, now you don't find that at Tiffanys and Cartier.

Frank was amazing the deal with when organising an engagement ring during lock down in Melbourne, Nothing was ever too hard and he designed and made a beautiful ring exactly the way I asked. I received multiple other Jewelers details but after speaking to Frank first I didn't look elsewhere given his knowledge and how comfortable I felt with him. Thanks Frank!
