We rented for 2.5 years through Eaton and Ascot. We found them to be professional, efficient and personable. Any query we had they answered quickly. A few days after us moving out of the property my husband was unexpectedly admitted to hospital and I thought it was incredibly kind when Anna contacted us just to see how he was, Eaton and Ascot definitely have the care factor!

Anna was my property manager for almost 2 years and was absolutely outstanding and always accommodating and easily contactable. If circumstances have changed requiring me to move I doubt I would have had any intention of changing property managers and would have gone out of my way to try and continue to have such an excellent property manager.
