Top class. Aimie was exceptional with her text manners. Makes one feel welcome immediately. Nathaniel and his dad solved the problem that was botched by another electrician. Very unusual to have a top class, honest technician not have a call out charge. Nathaniel helped out by coming to an area that he does not service. JMAS may be the cheapest techie around. TOP CLASS. I ended up eventually not needing John's help in the end, however, he was such a gentleman during the process. Helpful, patient and kind that he helped us diagnose and fix the issue. I will be on the phone immediately for any repairs in the future. Not may good guys like this around. Thank you very much for your help so far John. Pleasure to deal with you!

Superb customer service and professionalism from both Aime and Nathanael. Could not recommend there services highly enough.Nathanael was incredibly proffesional, knowledgeable and meticulous with the repair carried out on our Electrolux washing machine...trouble shooting what appeared to be a dubious error code.Nathanael gave great tips too!Thanks for being all kinds of wonderful and saving my sanity....I'm no longer a sherpa at the laundromat!Thanks again Aime and Nathanael.

John was very prompt and very professional. Responded same day and had parts available next day and came after normal working hours to repair our washer. Very happy with service and speed, would definitely recommend.

John was incredible to deal with. He identified the issue on the phone, arrived the next day and fixed the problem immediately, which Was just as he suspected. He was courteous, communicated well and a joy to deal with. He is adept in many different brand of appliances iand I will definitely use him in the future.

I have used this company several times. They are always very professional and offer a great service. I was able to speak to them on the phone to get guidance first and then it was very easy to book their service. They were very quick and reasonably priced. Their end price was within their quoted price. Saved me a lot of money buying a new appliance by fixing my long serving appliance. Their repairs also last well. Highly recommend.
