I would like to let anyone know who is considering using Personalised Support Systems how amazing, caring & professional the whole team is.There has never been a time that whoever I call there, thru to management or carers that my son & I are treated with respect, prompt service and action.The staff have gone above and beyond to help me as a single mum with my crazy schedules & my last minute bookings. They have always done their best to get me the help I need.On a personal note, I have had tears with a few of the staff who have shown nothing but professionalism and empathy to firstly listen to me and secondly help me.I recommend this group as the best I have ever used. I have two boys with Autism, so have been going on this journey for a long time and finally feel supported and cared for.My son actually tells me to go to work as he wants to hang out with the carer. They always find out what he loves doing and they make sure it happens for him in a safe, fun, encouraging way!Whatever I ask for is never too hard or too much for Personalised Support Systems! Trust me, they are the best out there!

I visited their hub space recently in Melbourne and the environment was amazing! All the staff and participants were extremely lovely to speak with. They had some really good activities running at the time which was cool to see. Overall awesome company!

I have worked in so many different jobs, but nothing has come close to how fulfilling and rewarding working for PSS has been.I have met so many wonderful people and families. It has been such a blessing to be part of an amazing team who love what they do and strive to help participants as well as families in the communities. I am only a few weeks into my journey with Personalised Support Systems, and am loving every minute. Our PSS team is wonderful!! We have had them for over 18 months and they are so helpful and happily fit in with our family. They work with enthusiasm and compassion and are such a joy to have in our lives, we would be lost without them.

My son Ben has a couple of independent support workers that he has formed relationships with over time, that he now engages regularly, but our recent introduction to Personalised Support Systems has been a real freedom shift in the way we source support. This is a TEAM approach. There is a team of enthusiastic committed energetic and empathetic workers, with your own dedicated team leader, who will strive to understand and meet your needs. Communication is near immediate, and response to requests has seen the benefits of flexibility and adaptation in motion with a team. Clients can meet and become familiar with different team members, establish common connections, and set foundations to build trusting relationships with those workers with whom they identify. We’ve found the flexibility suits our particular situation as Ben often makes last minute decisions or changes of mind: all our requests have been happily met, sometimes at short notice! We have also now established some regular shifts which are proving to be very successful, giving Ben a sense of direction and control over his life… and giving us, his parents, more freedom and control over ours. Ben loves having the company of people his own age, with similar interests and social attitudes…. he considers all the team now as his friends. Above all else we all feel relaxed and confident in the integrity and commitment of all the workers that are part of the PSS team and in the business model. It certainly represents greater freedom and less stress for our family.

My son and I have had such a wonderful experience with this service. The workers are extremely friendly, caring and understanding. They go above and beyond to make sure your child with special needs has the best chance to learn different skills and gain independence. Also, to make their time spent with them a fantastic experience! I highly recommend using them!

As a new employee at Personalised Support Systems, I have been welcomed with open arms, and trained in areas necessary. Management does so well at meeting everyone’s needs while continuing to grow the company. Everyone, participants and staff, are always treated equality and with kindness :)

Personalised support systems always welcomes all with open arms. From working in hospitality to going straight Into the disability sector, the team at personalised support systems has really trained me into having some really good work ethics. They treat all participants with care and they don’t odd anyone out.
